Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure Live Archiving solutions implemented are consistent with our company’s evolving Data Governance strategy and direction
Create trusted relationships with stakeholders, development team and users to help shape and drive the product vision
Continuously discover and prioritize the best opportunities to deliver business value and meet the needs of our users
Champion the product, driving excitement and support in a domain typically resistant to change
Author, prioritize and manage the product roadmap and backlog in partnership with process owners, the development team and key stakeholders
Dive deep into the compliance domain to understand the business priorities and user needs
Partner with the development team to understand technology constraints and opportunities
Leverage user feedback and product metrics to enable data-driven decisions
Manage project escalations, issues, risks and dependencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role
Leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver successful products or services
Managing product vision, strategy, roadmaps and backlog throughout product lifecycle
Experience with Agile ways of working (e.g. product owner working with multiple scrum teams)
5+ years of technology experience designing and implementing solutions with Data Storage/Big Data/Cloud, Network, Security, Data Migrations/ETL, Complex Structured and Unstructured
Experience building and owning strong vendor relationships
Excellent organizational skills to manage dependencies across multiple teams and product initiatives
Strong listening, communication and facilitation skills
Ability to balance business and user needs with technology and regulatory constraints
Understand Data Governance concepts and principles
