About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic key account management and go direct business growth for all Indonesia
- Drive commercial performance, develop long-term partnership and ensure profitable
- Create 3 yrs strategic plan in key account, market entry strategy and Portfolio prioritization
- Achieve market share growth in Go direct segmentation, strong relationship and create business review with key account by quarterly
- Take full accountability for revenue, costs and profitability
- Implement structured performance management and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and results
- Lead and develop people to deliver results and grow together as team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary or animal husbandry, Marketing or related fields
- At least +8yrs of livestock /Key account management
- Strong negotiation, commercial strategy and customer relationship skills
- Excellent command in English
- Able to travel, proactive, analytical and result-driven, strategic thinking, partnership thinking
