About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership for CDx development and commercialization
Oversee execution of strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop and direct CDx/IVD strategic approaches
Lead cross-functional CDx Teams for various assets/biomarkers
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop CDx strategies
Drive CDx partner/platform assessment and selection
Serve as a subject matter expert within the company
Participate in meetings with global regulatory agencies to provide CDx expertise
Oversee transfer of assays from in-house efforts to Dx companies
Evaluate relevant new technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD, MD or MD/PhD
Minimum of 7 years of experience in industry or academic setting
Knowledge of the discovery, development and application of molecular and/or IHC biomarkers/assays
Demonstrated expertise in molecular diagnostic/CDx development
Experience in developing and implementing strategic approaches across diverse functional groups
Experience in working with clinical teams on molecular biomarkers
High level of verbal and written communication skills
