Key responsibilities & impact

Developing and executing the strategy, design, and implementation of business transformation journey for Animal Health manufacturing IT division
Ensuring the GAHM IT organization operates effectively and efficiently
Acting as Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to the GAHM IT Lead
Working across the GAHM IT Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain value teams
Delivering on a multi-year roadmap of transformative business initiatives
Providing leadership and direction for innovative solutions and operational execution
Driving talent strategy and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of strategy or business consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM-related subject, or equivalent industry experience
Strong management and communication skills
Proven track record of designing and leading programs across multiple groups and teams
Strong business acumen and customer focus
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
Ability to synthesize business needs and available technologies into practical solution designs
Experience managing and motivating a dispersed international team across multiple time zones
