About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day support for global sourcing and contracting activities
  • Support initiatives to optimize, standardize, and continuously improve sourcing and contracting processes and systems across global stakeholders
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and collaborate with the Digital Delivery team to translate needs into system enhancements
  • Support implementation of global business process changes, including process documentation, testing, training, and change management activities
  • Act as a central point of contact for procurement-related audits; coordinate documentation collection, analyze audit outcomes, and support self-audits to drive continuous improvement
  • Support projects related to the maintenance, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Corporate Policy 6 and related procurement policies and standards
  • Provide operational support for key GSMG, GWES (Global Workplace & Enterprise Services_, and Supplier Development & Performance Management (SDPM) governance processes, including the Global Sourcing Committee, Grant of Authority (GoA), and annual company Corporate Audit & Assurance Services (MCAAS) audit programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of procurement or sourcing-related experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
  • Solid understanding of procurement functions
  • Working knowledge of audit and compliance processes
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both written and verbal channels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge existing processes to drive improvement
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Word, Excel and PPT skills and strong digital acumen
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and/or other ERP systems preferred.
