About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day support for global sourcing and contracting activities
Support initiatives to optimize, standardize, and continuously improve sourcing and contracting processes and systems across global stakeholders
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and collaborate with the Digital Delivery team to translate needs into system enhancements
Support implementation of global business process changes, including process documentation, testing, training, and change management activities
Act as a central point of contact for procurement-related audits; coordinate documentation collection, analyze audit outcomes, and support self-audits to drive continuous improvement
Support projects related to the maintenance, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Corporate Policy 6 and related procurement policies and standards
Provide operational support for key GSMG, GWES (Global Workplace & Enterprise Services_, and Supplier Development & Performance Management (SDPM) governance processes, including the Global Sourcing Committee, Grant of Authority (GoA), and annual company Corporate Audit & Assurance Services (MCAAS) audit programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of procurement or sourcing-related experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
Solid understanding of procurement functions
Working knowledge of audit and compliance processes
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organizational discipline
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both written and verbal channels
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to challenge existing processes to drive improvement
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Word, Excel and PPT skills and strong digital acumen
Experience with SAP Ariba and/or other ERP systems preferred.
