About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for the end-to-end performance and project management for assigned protocols in compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations
Main Point of Contact (POC) for assigned protocols and link between Country Operations and clinical trial team (CTT)
Responsible for project management of the assigned studies, driving and tracking execution and performance to meet commitments
Reviews Monitoring Visits Reports and escalates performance issues
Leads local study teams and trains in the protocol
Creates and executes a local risk management plan for assigned studies

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience in clinical research
Strong Ophthalmology experience required, with retinal disease experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in science (or comparable)
Advanced degree, (e.g., Master degree, MD, PhD) preferred
Strong understanding of clinical trial planning, management and metrics
Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
Competent and effective in written and verbal communication
Strong leadership skills that enable alignment with goals
