About the role
- Market and customer understanding and analysis.
- Identify market trends and relevant insights to leverage growth opportunities with key accounts.
- Understand decision-making processes for incorporating the oncology portfolio into key public agencies.
- Develop and maintain long-term engagement with stakeholders responsible for strategic areas.
Requirements
- Experience in account management within oncology and hospital channels, and experience with health plan operators (HMOs).
- Experience in senior client relationship roles with public-sector customers (State Health Departments/Secretariats, Reference Centers, Military Hospitals, Ministries, etc.).
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Finance through academic training or professional experience.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
