About the role
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and the SOI team
- Contribute to the development and launch of new features, site hygiene, and maintenance of digital services
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle: requirements analysis, feature definition, prioritization, development monitoring, testing, launch and optimization
- Contribute to the optimization of the website’s organic search (SEO)
- Support alignment with and application of conversion rate optimization (CRO) standards
- Track KPIs (engagement, adoption, conversion rate, incidents)
- Ensure daily follow-up of incidents, change requests and corrective maintenance
- Write and execute test plans (functional tests, UAT)
Requirements
- Final-year student or enrolled in a work-study program (business school, digital marketing, engineering school, or BSc/MSc in life sciences with a specialization in digital/marketing)
- Basic knowledge of website/product management (user stories, backlog, roadmap)
- Proficiency with office software
- Ideally: experience with Agile management tools (Jira, Workfront), analytics (Google Analytics/GA4) and prototyping tools (Figma, Mural)
- Analytical skills: ability to use data to make recommendations
- Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally (marketing, medical, regulatory, development teams)
- Curiosity, critical thinking and a strong appetite for digital innovation in healthcare
