Accountable for the overall architectural integrity and strategic alignment of the Veeva platform across divisions
Define and maintain enterprise Veeva platform architecture, principles, standards and guardrails
Establish and lead the Veeva Community of Practice across divisions
Drive cross-divisional alignment on platform strategy, ways of working, and priorities
Align platform roadmap and OKRs with enterprise and divisional objectives
Govern the Process Atlas as an enterprise dependency and prioritization mechanism
Enable reuse, standardization, and continuous improvement across vault families

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data / Information Management or a related technical or scientific discipline)
Minimum 10 + years of experience in healthcare, biotech, IT, or the technology industry
At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
Master’s degree (MSc, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
Strong knowledge in Enterprise platform architecture & operating models
Experience in cross‑divisional stakeholder alignment
Skills in strategic roadmap development and decision‑making under regulatory and compliance constraints
Executive communication and influence skills
