About the role

  • support the Long-Range Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting at the GWES level, including resource management and IFM vendor reporting
  • journal and intercompany entries, review actuals, deliver variance commentary, analyze spend trends, and recommend corrective actions
  • develop visual dashboards that surface performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to help meet financial targets
  • Lead, coordinate, analyze, and support business cases in support of global real estate transactions
  • support the tracking, consolidation, and reporting of GWES Transformation initiatives
  • oversee asset counts and process asset changes in Appian
  • lead/assist projects in automation, AI-driven analytics, and continuous process improvement
  • create analyses, processes, and tools to support change initiatives and evolving business requirements

Requirements

  • Degree or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or similar role
  • In depth knowledge of SAP, Bridges, Power BI and Appian
  • Familiarity with Capital BPC and Qlik Sense
  • Experience building AI-enabled automations
  • Demonstrated track record delivering measurable impact through automation
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-Starter
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business support needs
