About the role

  • Manage the CapEx spend from projects up to $5M across all our Company divisions
  • Serve as a liaison between the sites and the Global Cap Ex team
  • Ensure the correct sourcing and execution of projects and 100% compliance with processes and policies
  • Provide primary expertise in Capital sourcing, stakeholder engagement and management and performance improvement of the capital spend
  • Develop direct relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Train stakeholders on our processes and policies
  • Collaborate with site teams to understand the Long-range Capital plan
  • Build our projects pipeline
  • Support the building and approval of Project Procurement Plans (PPPs)
  • Lead sourcing projects to deliver optimal value to the company
  • Drive increases in varied spend
  • Perform supplier negotiations to support projects
  • Monitor key suppliers through agreed KPIs and perform Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop, support, and execute a comprehensive regional and local strategy in line with the global strategy
  • Stay at the forefront of sustainability best practices, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and policies
  • Experience in complex supplier negotiations
  • Experience in capital expenditure projects is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate complex topics to varied audiences
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment
