About the role

  • Develop strong networks within Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Clinics, Community Health Centers, Health Departments, and Community-Based Organizations
  • Engage with Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) and decision makers within the organization who provide HIV-related services across the care continuum
  • Execute engagement strategies that align with market needs, enhance appropriate product utilization, and support the company’s HIV portfolio
  • Collaborate with AHPs to understand evolving HIV priorities and support with relevant resources to address treatment gaps and barriers
  • Manage key accounts across Ryan White Clinics, Community Health Centers, Health Departments, and HIV-focused organizations
  • Develop account-level strategies to optimize engagement and increase appropriate product adoption
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to track account performance and brand utilization
  • Assist in the identification of engagement opportunities at community events with AHPs and other key stakeholders within the account

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in HIV community engagement, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare account management, or public health
  • Experience working with Ryan White-funded programs, Community Health Centers, Health Departments, and HIV service organizations is a plus
  • Strong account management and customer relationship skills
  • Understanding of HIV treatment and prevention strategies, health equity, and social determinants of health
  • Proficiency in data analytics and business performance tracking to monitor account success and treatment trends
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic engagement plans aligned with business objectives
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
