Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools to enhance team performance and delivery.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of program milestones.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
Monitor team progress and performance using Agile metrics and dashboards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within and across teams.
Ensure alignment of team activities with overall program objectives and timelines.
Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution within Agile teams.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and program leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
Maintain documentation and reporting to provide visibility into team performance and delivery status.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Agile delivery
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery methodologies
Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification (preferred)
Experience in ERP transformation programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries (preferred)
