About the role
- Lead the regional sales team to achieve regional sales targets
- Prepare and implement a regional business plan
- Monitor team performance and track key performance indicators
- Manage talent to attract, retain, and motivate the regional sales team
- Coach and lead the sales team
- Propose ideas and identify new areas for development
- Collaborate with key account and technology teams to implement programs
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s) required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field
- At least two (2) years of leadership experience with demonstrated achievements
- Technical, product, and market knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license
- Residence within the sales region
