Product Manager

• Lead and manage IT applications supporting global communications, serving as the main point of contact for these solutions.
• Own the product roadmap and demand pipeline, ensuring alignment with the company’s communications strategy and business goals.
• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for communications technology products, maximizing value and driving measurable outcomes.
• Ruthlessly prioritize high-impact work that advances communications capabilities, continuously reassessing priorities as new insights and data emerge.
• Lead ongoing discovery activities (user research, interviews, surveys, usability testing) in partnership with communications stakeholders and UX/Design teams to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.
• Build strong relationships with global communications, IT, and business stakeholders, securing input and incorporating feedback into product development.
• Build, manage, and coach a cross-functional squad, including indirect reports and external partners, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
• Empower the team to deliver development work effectively using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Deliver high-value application solutions that improve communication workflows, content management, and stakeholder engagement for communications teams.
• Partner with Divisional IT Communications & Change Leads to ensure best practices in branding, communication reviews, and change management.
• Implement mechanisms to collect and act on stakeholder feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of communications products.
• Manage the budget for assigned squad(s), ensuring efficient use of resources.
