  • Actively work to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography
  • Ensure customers have a seamless experience with our Oncology team
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure and business model
  • Build business relationships and trust to uncover and comprehend their needs
  • Employ approved resources and messaging to communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for our Oncology products
  • Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment
  • Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed
  • Proactively develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience across the company's division and functional areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle
  • Travel the amount of time the role requires, including overnight travel 10 - 15%
  • Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers (preferred)
