- Engage with customers to address identified needs
- Educate key stakeholders about our oncology products
- Actively work to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography
- Ensure customers have a seamless experience with our Oncology team
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure and business model
- Build business relationships and trust to uncover and comprehend their needs
- Employ approved resources and messaging to communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for our Oncology products
- Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment
- Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed
- Proactively develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across the company's division and functional areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle
- Travel the amount of time the role requires, including overnight travel 10 - 15%
- Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers (preferred)
