💰 $114,700 - $180,500 per year
About the role
- Managing the end-to-end drug development process including projects of moderate complexity and partnering on high complexity projects
- Act as enterprise leader to create, approve, and execute integrated project plans across clinical, regulatory, market access, manufacturing, CMC, commercial and other areas
- Build and maintain project schedules and critical project information in enterprise PM systems; proactively identify risks and escalate appropriately
- Facilitate and document team meetings, drive rapid escalation of critical team issues, and remove obstacles to drive results
- Navigate company process and governance to enable teams to meet corporate requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to GPAM process and tool improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in a scientific or applied discipline preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management or a related role
- Product development experience required; in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
- Experience and knowledge of clinical drug development strongly preferred
- Project management certification (PMP) and/or formal coursework/training in project management strongly preferred
