About the role

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports.
  • Negotiate contracts with key accounts and ensure profitability.
  • Manage client concerns and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • University degree in animal science, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field demonstrating expertise.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience with proven accomplishments.
  • Experience in animal health required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in French and English.
