About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements and analysis artifacts
  • Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders by facilitating decisions and clarifying tradeoffs
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and impacts early
  • Support user testing and validate production readiness
  • Lead complex, cross-functional analysis efforts connecting process, data, and technology decisions to business outcomes
  • Conduct user research and requirements elicitation with business partners
  • Gather, analyze, and document current and future state workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and wireframes or prototypes
  • Partner with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to align solution direction and identify dependencies
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops on operating models, business processes, and data policies
  • Contribute to backlog development and prioritization
  • Advise development teams and product owners on business-facing enhancements
  • Support Agile and other delivery methods
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and support business adoption
  • Apply knowledge of Parametric’s asset management business, technology landscape, and enterprise objectives
  • Use AI and other tools to improve analysis work products and solution outcomes
  • Potentially take on management responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong domain knowledge of asset management and equity direct indexing
  • Effective verbal and written communication with peers, technology colleagues, and business partners
  • Strong questioning and listening skills
  • Strong experience querying, mapping, and documenting data
  • Advanced experience with Agile/Lean/Kanban software development processes
  • Advanced skills using workflow and data-mapping documentation tools, including Excel, Visio, Lucid, and Figma
  • Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Ability to independently manage timelines and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
  • Experience prototyping with AI capabilities
  • Advanced skills using SQL, Excel, Visio, Lucid, Figma, Tableau, and Python
