About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day management of strategic technology partnerships, building strong and effective relationships.
Manage contract activity end to end, including issue resolution, statement of work requests, renewals and terminations.
Coordinate regular business reviews and partner performance discussions to support clear governance and shared outcomes.
Identify commercial risks and assess the impact of contract changes, helping teams make informed decisions.
Partner with teams across the business to support cost efficiency, manage budget risks and drive value from partnerships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring experience building long-term partnerships that support business value.
Comfortable working with complex enterprise environments and collaborating across different teams.
You understand technology functions and how they contribute to business outcomes.
Able to adapt to change and bring a positive, supportive approach to how you work.
Experienced in contract negotiation, issue resolution and responding to contract-related queries.
