About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and the wider Salesforce Platform, using Apex, Flows, DPE and declarative configurations.
Lead the development of customer loyalty capabilities, including member lifecycle management, promotions, rewards processing and personalised customer experiences.
Design and implement integrations with external systems through REST APIs, Platform Events and event-driven architectures, ensuring robust and reliable data flows.
Collaborate with architects, product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Champion engineering excellence by driving code quality, operational stability, observability, continuous improvement and best practice across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows and Batch Management.
Practical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Loyalty Cloud/Loyalty Management solutions.
Proven experience designing and delivering integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and modern integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, governor limits and engineering best practices.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, to support modern software development practices.
