About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support managers and team members with regard to employee relations issues
- Identify opportunities to reduce employee relation issues and proactively support team member performance
- Partner directly with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable initiatives
- Coaching and consultation to leadership with regard to employee engagement
- Collaborate with other departments in the People/Payroll organization to ensure consistency
- Review employee inquiries received and respond to questions
- Serve as a trusted coach to leaders
- Ensure compliance and minimize risk
- Provide support for change and readiness plans
- Use data and insights to guide strategic decisions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or 4+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting engineering/product OR sales/marketing teams preferred
