About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support managers and team members with regard to employee relations issues
  • Identify opportunities to reduce employee relation issues and proactively support team member performance
  • Partner directly with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable initiatives
  • Coaching and consultation to leadership with regard to employee engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments in the People/Payroll organization to ensure consistency
  • Review employee inquiries received and respond to questions
  • Serve as a trusted coach to leaders
  • Ensure compliance and minimize risk
  • Provide support for change and readiness plans
  • Use data and insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or 4+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting engineering/product OR sales/marketing teams preferred
