About the role

- Experience building and developing high-performing engineering and technical teams through mentorship, coaching, and clear accountability.
- Ability to evaluate technology decisions through the lens of enterprise impact, balancing innovation, risk management, and operational stability.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technology topics clearly to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading organizational and technology change initiatives including infrastructure modernization and operational maturity improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise systems leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure, network services, and database platforms in complex IT environments.
- Proven experience managing and developing engineering and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of high availability infrastructure design and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience operating within mature IT service management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred).
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent (preferred).
