About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain components, templates, and features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working on both front-end (HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, CSS) and back-end (Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR).
- Build integrations via REST/SOAP APIs with external systems (CRM, e‑commerce, analytics tools, etc.).
- Participate in the full development lifecycle — from technical analysis to deployment — including version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud environments (AEM as a Cloud Service, AWS, or Azure).
- Collaborate directly with UX, design, QA, and other developers to turn business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and architectural issues on the platform.
- Contribute to coding best practices, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Adobe AEM certification is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe AEM is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in English is mandatory.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and/or Assets), including development of custom components and workflows.
- Proficiency in Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR, as well as solid front-end skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS).
- Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of headless/hybrid AEM architecture is a strong plus.
- Fullstack profile comfortable moving between layers and solving end-to-end problems.
