About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Adapt creative assets for different formats, platforms, and channels, ensuring visual consistency and delivery quality;
Develop visual content for social media (static posts, carousels, stories, etc.) aligned with each brand’s identity and brandbook;
Support the creative team in executing campaigns, extensions, and various graphic materials;
Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, planning, content) to ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives;
Organize your files, maintaining agency standards and best practices;
Ensure attention to detail, deadlines, and aesthetic quality in all deliverables;
Continuously seek out new visual references, trends, and creative improvements within the scope of projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in graphic design, art direction, or related fields;
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop;
Knowledge of formats and best practices for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.);
Understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines;
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple concurrent requests.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere);
Experience in agencies, marketing teams, or fast-paced environments;
Familiarity with task management tools and workflow processes.
