We are looking for a person to work as a ***__QA Analyst__*** at MRM Brazil, a full-service agency with a strong digital focus, part of McCann Worldgroup and the Interpublic Group (IPG). The ideal profile is someone who does not overlook details, documents carefully, and understands (or wants to understand) that AI can be a powerful ally in the evolution of QA practice.
Experience is gained. Attention and a quality mindset are what make the difference.
Differentiators that will catch our attention
Curiosity about quality processes and development best practices
Familiarity with or interest in using AI as a support tool (test case generation, behavior analysis, assisted documentation)
Experience with any bug or test management tool, even basic (Jira, TestRail, Notion, etc.)
Academic projects, courses or any initiative that shows you pursue self-directed learning
Desire to grow in an agency environment with large-scale digital projects
