About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and create the monthly communication calendar to develop CRM communications
Open briefs for the creation of CRM assets and promotional campaigns
Create UTM parameters and prepare broadcast and journey briefs together with the CRM operations team
Support analyses and recommendations based on weekly and monthly communication results
Execute operational activities for WhatsApp communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Microsoft Office suite
Organizational tools such as Jira
CRM specialization preferred
Knowledge of SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Experience in CRM with campaign segmentation, customer journeys, communication workflows, owned channels, etc.
Experience in the beauty market is a plus but not required
Intermediate to advanced English
