About the role
- Learner profile, at the beginning of their career, with an interest in digital design and a willingness to learn how communications work within a CRM squad
- Supports the team in producing simple web assets, such as emails, landing pages and banners, always following guidance and supervision
- Beginning to develop an understanding of layout, visual hierarchy and brand consistency
- Gradually learning how different formats, channels and visual decisions impact results
- Curious, organized and open to feedback, learning hands‑on from more experienced designers and the Head of Art
Requirements
- Daily tools: Figma as the main tool
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Use of Google Slides or PowerPoint for simple presentations
- Microsoft Office suite
- Basic squad organization and management tools
