About the role
- Support the day-to-day management of CRM communication projects.
- Organize tasks, track deliverables, and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Provide structured information to the Senior Project Manager and the Accounts team.
- Develop business insight, account understanding, and service delivery logic.
- Progress toward a hybrid role combining project management and client relationship responsibilities.
Requirements
- Early-career to early-intermediate professional with prior experience as a junior project manager, project assistant, or project supervisor, responsible for supporting and sustaining the daily operation of CRM communications.
- Beyond operational execution, we seek a clearly hybrid profile with interest and aptitude for developing business perspective and client service skills.
- Hands-on, communicative, accountable, and with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Quick learner who asks good questions and shows interest in evolving into a more complete role.
- Previous experience as a project assistant, analyst, coordinator, or junior project manager.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- Basic to intermediate English (advantageous, not required).
