About the role
- Understand, map and analyze the business needs of clients and the agency, especially related to digital products and e-commerce support.
- Assess the opportunity and context behind each request, understanding objectives, goals and expected outcomes to ensure strategic alignment.
- Prioritize requests based on value generation, business impact and urgency, organizing the team’s workflow accordingly.
- Act as a facilitator and point of contact between clients, stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear, transparent and effective communication.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for design, development and operations teams.
- Actively participate in alignment meetings, requirements refinement sessions and status presentations.
- Monitor KPIs, metrics and results of digital initiatives, proposing continuous improvements and optimizations.
- Contribute product thinking, helping identify opportunities, hypotheses and solutions that increase value for users and the business.
- Bring a proactive, resourceful ("can‑do") attitude: validate deliveries, unblock impediments and keep delivery pace.
- Support the preparation of reports, analyses and client presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related fields (not mandatory but valued).
- Previous experience in advertising agencies, digital consultancies or technology companies.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry (differential/plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholder profiles.
- Analytical ability to understand problems, identify opportunities and connect business needs with practical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design principles.
- Organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple concurrent requests.
- Product mindset and understanding of the digital product lifecycle (plus).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence or equivalents.
