About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a portfolio of SaaS products across Sales, Leasing, Assurance and Marketing.
Own strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes.
Manage a team of Product Managers.
Set the standard for how product works across the portfolio.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer teams.
Embed AI across workflows and modernize products.
Ensure high-quality roadmap execution across multiple teams and regions.
Maintain deep understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM execution.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in Product Management, including leadership of Product Managers.
Experience owning multi-product SaaS portfolios.
Proven ability to operate at executive level.
Strong experience with platform models, APIs, and integrations.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: Adoption, retention, expansion.
Experience with outcome-driven roadmaps and product operating models.
Practical experience applying AI in products: LLMs, automation, or data-driven features.
Understanding of how to operationalize AI: Not just ideation.
Familiarity with modern AI tooling and workflows.
Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones ranging from USA to Australia, India, South Africa, United Kingdom and potentially more.
