About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong influential relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within assigned accounts
  • Monitor and improve client health, usage, and satisfaction using MRI best practices and tools
  • Conduct proactive check‑ins to validate account sentiment and ensure MRI’s data aligns with client experience
  • Identify risks early and execute recovery plans to protect account health
  • Coordinate across Account Management, Professional Services, Billing and Support to ensure a smooth and cohesive client journey
  • Drive internal accountability when the client experience requires intervention or escalation
  • Represent the “voice of the client” and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and leadership visibility
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, account plans, and communication logs
  • Stay current on MRI’s product suite, integrations, and roadmap to enable strategic client discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years in Client Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or Strategic Relationship Management
  • Proven ability to manage C‑Suite and senior‑level client engagements
  • Experience presenting ROI, business insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Background in Real Estate or Financial Services is advantageous
  • Salesforce experience required
