About the role
- Build strong influential relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within assigned accounts
- Monitor and improve client health, usage, and satisfaction using MRI best practices and tools
- Conduct proactive check‑ins to validate account sentiment and ensure MRI’s data aligns with client experience
- Identify risks early and execute recovery plans to protect account health
- Coordinate across Account Management, Professional Services, Billing and Support to ensure a smooth and cohesive client journey
- Drive internal accountability when the client experience requires intervention or escalation
- Represent the “voice of the client” and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and leadership visibility
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, account plans, and communication logs
- Stay current on MRI’s product suite, integrations, and roadmap to enable strategic client discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in Client Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or Strategic Relationship Management
- Proven ability to manage C‑Suite and senior‑level client engagements
- Experience presenting ROI, business insights, and strategic recommendations
- Background in Real Estate or Financial Services is advantageous
- Salesforce experience required
