Senior Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own a clear product strategy and multi-year vision grounded in customer needs, market dynamics, and MRI’s platform direction
- Translate strategic priorities into outcome-oriented product roadmaps with clear success metrics
- Ensure portfolio investments reinforce long-term product differentiation and customer value
- Establish continuous discovery practices that integrate customer insight into product decisions
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, sequencing, and outcome definition
- Design product capabilities that drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer alternatives, and competitive offerings
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Product Management organization
- Serve as a senior voice of the customer within the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including senior leadership roles (top-tier consulting firm experience will be considered as well)
- Proven experience owning product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes in B2B SaaS
- Strong customer discovery, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels
