About the role

  • Responsible for sourcing data from the Minnesota Court Information System
  • The information sourced will be used by remote teams in North America and the Philippines to complete criminal background checks
  • Additional duties may be assigned to support other teams

Requirements

  • Keen attention to detail - accuracy is crucial
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Strong data entry skills, including 10 key
  • Time management - this role may experience heavy influxes of work at times, and the employee will be expected to notify the team manager if any delays will be expected
