About the role
- Communicating with clients on telephone, through email and text about their projects.
- Working with field technicians on scheduling and support of project materials costing.
- Researching materials, availability and current prices of building materials.
- Producing estimates based on pictures, measurements, descriptions and work order lists sent in via text and email by clients.
- Follow up on estimates via email and by telephone.
- Some administrative functions.
Requirements
- Experience in small to medium sized interior and exterior home repair and remodeling projects preferred.
- Previous dispatching and field construction experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with computers, email, and learning new computer programs.
- Experience working with a CRM is preferred.
