About the role
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Support the end-to-end credit control process, including debt collection, invoicing, and client communications.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right people.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Issue copy invoices when requested.
- Support Client Services Team and perform general admin tasks.
