About the role

  • Enable high-performance selling: Build and execute enablement strategies that improve sales productivity, drive consistency, and support scalable growth across UK and US teams.
  • Own onboarding and development: Design and deliver onboarding programs, ongoing training, and coaching frameworks that help reps ramp quickly and continuously improve.
  • Partner across the business: Collaborate with Sales, Sales management, Marketing, and Ops, to align messaging, tools, and processes with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, and/or coaching within B2B or B2C environments
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs across geographies
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, buyer behavior, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you can inspire, educate, and influence
  • Experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams
  • A data-driven mindset — you use insights to improve outcomes and guide strategy
  • A passion for helping sales teams grow and succeed
