About the role
- Enable high-performance selling: Build and execute enablement strategies that improve sales productivity, drive consistency, and support scalable growth across UK and US teams.
- Own onboarding and development: Design and deliver onboarding programs, ongoing training, and coaching frameworks that help reps ramp quickly and continuously improve.
- Partner across the business: Collaborate with Sales, Sales management, Marketing, and Ops, to align messaging, tools, and processes with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, training, and/or coaching within B2B or B2C environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs across geographies
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, buyer behavior, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you can inspire, educate, and influence
- Experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams
- A data-driven mindset — you use insights to improve outcomes and guide strategy
- A passion for helping sales teams grow and succeed
