About the role
- You will handle all operational administrative HR processes for management and the teams at mpl, from onboarding to offboarding.
- You will maintain employee data in our HR system.
- You will prepare documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references, ensuring high data and document quality.
- You will ensure accurate, reliable, and timely payroll in collaboration with our tax office.
- You will process employee inquiries and maintain close communication with management.
- Your drive is continuous improvement — contributing ideas to optimize and streamline HR processes.
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with an HR focus or hold a degree with a concentration in business administration or human resources.
- Ideally, you already have experience in personnel development and/or payroll processing.
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy supporting people as well as improving processes.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high sense of responsibility characterize you.
- You are eager to work in a team that values appreciation, openness, and a sense of humor.
