  • Patience and genuine empathy — many callers are navigating disability, financial stress, or complex program rules
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace (remote role)
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with SSA programs, disability services, vocational rehabilitation, or benefits administration
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
