About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outreach to community rehabilitation providers, disability service organizations, workforce boards, and other potential Employment Networks
- Build and maintain a pipeline supporting a target of up to 30 approved EN applications annually
- Guide interested organizations from initial contact through application and approval
- Present the program to provider audiences via webinars, conferences, and site visits
- Track pipeline activity and report on conversion metrics
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on program requirements, EN responsibilities, and the payment structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum five years working with the disability community at a community rehabilitation provider or disability service provider — this is a firm requirement
- Demonstrated success building partnerships or provider relationships from outreach through agreement
- Strong presentation skills across virtual and in-person settings
- Comfort with pipeline tracking, CRM tools, and activity reporting
- Established network within the vocational rehabilitation or disability services community
- Familiarity with Ticket to Work, Employment Network operations, or SSA work incentives (Nice to Have)
- Experience with state VR agencies or WIPA projects (Nice to Have)
- Conference presence in the disability employment space (APSE, CSAVR, NDRN) (Nice to Have)
