About the role

  • Assist in preparing and consolidating the cash flow monitoring for real estate development projects.
  • Support the review and maintenance of budgets (budget vs. actual) in the company systems and supporting spreadsheets.
  • Track budget vs. execution (financial and physical) together with the construction control team, compiling information for manager analysis.
  • Monitor development project payments in the ERP system (Class/Cost Center/Project) and report any deviations.
  • Collect and update the database monthly with results from development projects.
  • Prepare information for the monthly closing, assisting in dissemination and preliminary analysis of project results.
  • Gather data and consolidate management and financial reports to serve various company areas, under supervision.
  • Support the preparation of presentations with financial and performance indicators for the projects.
  • Request issuance of debit notes from the responsible department, according to guidance.
  • Monitor construction financing contracts together with the Finance department.
  • Support the team in implementing new reports and identifying opportunities to improve financial control processes.
  • Provide support to other team members and the development department in daily routines and inquiries.
  • Update assumptions in feasibility studies as required by the development departments.
  • Submit all adjustments for validation by the responsible manager and the controllership, ensuring consistency of information.
  • Support the preparation of scenario analyses, compiling data, comparing indicators (NPV, IRR, Margin) and assisting in assembling presentation materials with results.
  • Assist in analyzing improvement opportunities, gathering information and data to help optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in the Finance area
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics
  • Preferred: relevant professional development course (advantage)
  • Preferred knowledge of SENIOR MEGA system (advantage), Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI (advantage)
