Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department, ensuring organization of documents, deadline monitoring, assistance to attorneys, and support for procedural and contractual routines, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of the company's legal activities.
• Register and update legal information in internal systems and case management platforms
• Register vendors and parties involved in legal proceedings
• Schedule payments to vendors and process-related payment slips via HOLMES, GED, and APPROVO systems
• Assist in monitoring judicial and administrative deadlines, alerting attorneys to relevant dates
• Update case statuses in legal management systems and control spreadsheets
• Support the sending and receipt of summons and court notices
• Assist in tracking payments of court fees, attorneys' fees, and legal expenses
• Support the organization of information for departmental budgeting and expense control
