About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understanding and championing the business, customer and user’s needs
Defining Product Roadmap and what success looks like
Working very closely with key stakeholders to shape goals for the product
Collaborating with the Product Design team and key partners on discovery process
Translating high-level solutions into epics and user stories with appropriate context and detail for the engineering team to deliver on
Working closely with engineers, being available to answer questions and provide clarity whenever necessary
Management and maintenance of the product backlog
Leading sprint review meetings, demonstrating features and taking feedback from partners
Producing and maintaining any relevant product documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a Product Management role
Familiarity with customer-centric product development methodologies and principles
Familiarity with agile software development principles and approaches
Comfortable translating business, system, and behavioural data into useful insights for validation and prioritisation
