About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the day-to-day operation of all mpathic office locations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure offices are clean, organized, secure, and operating efficiently.
  • Manage office leases, renewals, expansions, and landlord relationships.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including maintenance, cleaning services, security, and HVAC.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests across all offices.
  • Manage emergency response plans and facility issues when they arise.
  • Create welcoming, productive workplace environments for employees and visitors.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, office management, or corporate real estate.
  • Experience managing multiple office locations.
  • Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing office budgets and operating expenses.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and facilities compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using workplace management software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
