About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day operation of all mpathic office locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure offices are clean, organized, secure, and operating efficiently.
- Manage office leases, renewals, expansions, and landlord relationships.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including maintenance, cleaning services, security, and HVAC.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests across all offices.
- Manage emergency response plans and facility issues when they arise.
- Create welcoming, productive workplace environments for employees and visitors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, office management, or corporate real estate.
- Experience managing multiple office locations.
- Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience managing office budgets and operating expenses.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and facilities compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using workplace management software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
