Support the Chief Operations Officer in optimizing priority company projects;
Manage major initiatives across the company, including organizational structure and initiatives;
Establish standard templates and communication channels to facilitate campaign lifecycle;
Organize reporting and metrics across the company;
Optimize processes and programs for each organization;
Step into peopleops functions to help optimize employee experience and drive recruiting forward.

Ability to modulate between tactical and strategic, understanding when to slow down and when to move faster;
Demonstrated experience driving action and alignment from ambiguity;

Strong project management and organizational skills
Have either human resources experience, consulting and contractor management experience, or project management experience
Admin experience with 1-2 relevant time/project tracking systems; and
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and identify better solutions.
