About the role
- Establish a clear product operating cadence and decision-making framework across leadership
- Audit and refine the product roadmap, aligning it to company priorities and market opportunities
- Drive alignment across executives on product vision, near-term priorities, and tradeoffs
- Own product’s contribution to revenue, including pricing, packaging, and tight partnership with GTM
- Build and scale the product organization, hiring and structuring the team while establishing strong product management practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience, including owning roadmap and delivery in early or growth-stage companies
- Experience building B2B SaaS or data products, ideally in AI, ML, or developer-facing environments
- Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-enabled products or working closely with technical teams building them
- Experience building and mentoring product teams, especially from early stages
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering, GTM, and leadership to drive alignment and execution
- Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and low ego
