About the role

  • Own the delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS customer engagements, from contract handoff and kickoff through implementation and ongoing execution
  • Translate enterprise contracts into structured delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria
  • Drive execution against defined scope and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual commitments while supporting long-term platform adoption
  • Maintain clear documentation of delivery plans, decisions, timelines, assumptions, and scope boundaries to support transparency and change management
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, implementation or delivery roles (life sciences/healthcare SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in regulated or high-stakes environments
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and credibility with various stakeholders
  • High operational rigor with tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring contract compliance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, health sciences, psychology, or related fields
