About the role
- Onboard, train, and support clinical experts on roleplay, red-team, and evaluation projects
- Review roleplays, red-team outputs, and annotations for accuracy, clinical validity, and protocol adherence
- Deliver timely, actionable feedback to maintain mpathic quality standards
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and throughput expectations
- Communicate updates, risks, and needs clearly and consistently
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or workflow coordination
- Background in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field
- Availability to work Pacific hours (fully remote)
- Strong organizational and feedback skills
- Comfort reviewing sensitive mental health and risk content
- High ethical standards and confidentiality handling
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning
- Interest in AI, NLP, ML, and safety evaluation
- Proficiency using Slack, Microsoft 365, and LLM tools
