About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, and proposal development
- Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud data platforms
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams during new business opportunities
- Define solution architecture, estimations, and implementation approaches
- Advise clients on data modernization, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the solutioning process
- Support project transition from pre-sales into delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

**What We're Looking For**
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Data Solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent understanding of modern data platform architectures
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within international teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Looker
- Experience designing modern data platforms, including data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, data migration, and real-time/batch processing solutions
- Understanding of data governance, security, and cloud optimization principles
- Experience with AI/ML or GenAI solutions on GCP is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect certifications is an advantage
- Previous experience in consulting, managed services, enterprise cloud transformations, or technical pre-sales is highly valued
