About the role

  • Join Mozilla to drive Firefox browser adoption via growth marketing and digital media optimization.
  • Serve as the in-house champion for maximizing performance of paid media campaigns; partner with agencies and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of global media campaigns supporting the Firefox browser on desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with our media agency to ensure campaigns are optimized for user acquisition and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) based on Mozilla’s growth goals.
  • Serve as the internal owner of media reporting — analyze data from multiple platforms to create clear and actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with Mozilla’s creative and content teams to ensure compelling creative assets are being tested, refreshed and deployed in-market.
  • Help prioritize and shape creative testing agendas based on campaign performance and user insights.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting decks that synthesize findings and highlight performance trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product marketing and other collaborators to ensure alignment between acquisition efforts and broader product goals.
  • Use knowledge of digital marketing trends and competitive benchmarks to help Mozilla succeed with its mission-driven, privacy-preserving marketing approach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and/or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing media campaigns in partnership with agencies or as part of an in-house team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in compiling and interpreting data from Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks across multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A track record of using creative testing and data insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to write clear performance summaries, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to collaborative decision-making.
  • Familiarity with software user acquisition strategies (bonus).
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a user-first mindset (bonus).
